Assistant Professor, Tutor (Certificate No. XVII ST/373/2020/3); She teaches marketing research, marketing research design, market and marketing research, market analysis.

Research interests mainly concern trust’s role, significance, and essence in shaping relationships and in the transaction process. The area of research interests includes in particular issues related to consumer preferences and behaviors in e-commerce, factors shaping trust between market participants (with particular emphasis on the B2C market), tools used to build trust between entities and marketing instruments used in shaping relationships in the transaction process both in traditional and online mode.

Coordinator, and participant in many research projects concerning, among others, supporting the development of entrepreneurship and factors determining consumer behavior in the B2C market.
