On 10-11 October, the kick-off meeting of the project “Digital Marketing: Theory & Practice in the Visegrad Region” was held in Nitra.
The project aims to map and improve hard skills in digital marketing among students and academic teachers. The starting point will be a survey research conducted by project partners across the four Visegrad countries to identify the skills and competencies of students in the field of marketing.
Improving teaching skills and methods is an expected result of scientific exchange between cooperating institutions. Educational materials will also be created as a part of the project: a textbook and an online course on the Moodle platform. The textbook will provide current knowledge and information from the world of digital marketing as well as case studies from the Visegrad region. The online course will focus on developing hard skills in digital marketing, with a particular emphasis on Google Analytics and the use of artificial intelligence in marketing.
Both the textbook and online course will be available in Open Access.
