The area of scientific interest includes both quantitative and qualitative methods used in marketing research, in particular: the construction of measurement scales and assessment of measurement reliability (including the study of the stability of consumer opinions), testing of measurement tools, market segmentation, prediction of consumer behavior on the market, quality management in relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and loyalty, organizational culture and value co-creation on the public services market in particular in the higher education institutions.
