Małgorzata Adamska-Chudzińska – professor at the University of Economics in Krakow, graduate of the Academy of Economics in Krakow.

• Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and International Relations at the Krakow University of Economics (2016–2019)
• Head of the Centre for Academic Teaching Improvement at the Krakow University of Economics (2015–2021)
• Expert at the Psychological Support Centre at the Krakow University of Economics (2021-2022)
• Member of the Disciplinary Council for Management and Quality Sciences
• Member of the Council of the College of Management and Quality Sciences
• Member of the Council of the Institute of Management

She has extensive experience in improving academic teaching as an organiser and implementer of activities supporting the development of teaching competences (including the Innovative Lecturer training course and approx. 800 hours of classroom observation as part of the Academic Teaching Improvement Study Programme at the Krakow University of Economics), as well as a member of the Rector’s Committee for Quality of Education, the Senate Committee for Teaching and chair of several teams in the area of quality of education.

She teaches classes on psychosocial problems in management and teaching at the undergraduate, master’s, postgraduate (Krakow School of Business, CUE) and doctoral (Doctoral School, CUE) levels. Certified Academic Tutor. Supervisor and reviewer of doctoral dissertations, bachelor’s and master’s theses.
