Lech Górniak PhD

Doctor of psychology with over 30 years of experience teaching and research. Graduate of the Institute of Psychology of the Jagiellonian University. Currently, assistant professor in the Department of Psychology and Didactics.  More than 20 years of experience in conducting trainings, trainings and counselling programmes in the field of organisational psychology, leadership, sales, effective action and building trust in organisations. Co-author and executor of several hundred training and consulting projects. Trainer, coach and mentor in the EU project “Academy of Training Masters”, implemented by the GT MENTOR company. Assessor in the IMC programme International Mentoring Certification programme.

managing his own company, its employees and sales. Conducting

mentoring sessions and coaching for entrepreneurs and management

including certification of organisational mentors.

Co-founder of the Association of Management Consultants and Trainers MATRIK. Member of the Scientific Society of Praxeology.
