Maria Foryś M.A

  • Psychologist, neuropsychologist, psychotherapist, graduate of SWPS University and Jagiellonian University, Interdepartmental Doctoral Studies. She completed postgraduate studies in management and organisation in education. She has several years of business experience in managing a company from the professional services sector.
  • Academic interests: Her academic interests focused on issues related to neurodiversity management at work and assessment of managerial potential, with particular emphasis on the application of knowledge from neuroscience to effective management, as well as professional burnout, bullying and psychological safety in the work environment.
  • Academic specialisation: business psychology, psychometrics and psychological measurement, fundamentals of scaling, psychology of organisational behaviour, fundamentals of sociology and work psychology. She has taught research methods and techniques, didactics and neurolinguistics at the Jagiellonian University.
  • Experience: She holds numerous diagnostic qualifications, licenses supported by 20 years of professional experience, including in the use of HR Tests – recruitment tests of personality, intelligence and professional competence. He cooperates with centres in the United Kingdom. International trainer (one of three in Poland) of The Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R). Expert in projects for the Ministry of Education and Science. She has received training and courses in statistical techniques of data analysis.
  • Awards: Three times awarded with the VIS Academic Title (USPWS, psychology), two awards for social activities. Awarded by the Director of the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic in Krakow and studies with distinction – Jagiellonian University, pedagogy and University of Silesia, neurology.
  • Memberships: Member of the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology (EAWOP), member of the Board of the Polish Dyslexia Association for the term 2022 – 2026 and the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT).
