She has extensive experience in improving academic teaching as an organiser and implementer of activities supporting the development of teaching competences (including the Innovative Lecturer training course and approx. 800 hours of classroom observation as part of the Academic Teaching Improvement Study Programme at the Krakow University of Economics), as well as a member of the Rector’s Committee for Quality of Education, the Senate Committee for Teaching and chair of several teams in the area of quality of education.
She teaches classes on psychosocial problems in management and teaching at the undergraduate, master’s, postgraduate (Krakow School of Business, CUE) and doctoral (Doctoral School, CUE) levels. Certified Academic Tutor. Supervisor and reviewer of doctoral dissertations, bachelor’s and master’s theses.
