Małgorzata Adamska-Chudzińska PhD, prof. CUE

Małgorzata Adamska-Chudzińska – PhD in the discipline of management and quality sciences, professor at the Cracow University of Economics. Head of the Department of Psychology and Didactics at the Institute of Management, member of the Council of the Discipline of Management and Quality Sciences. Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and International Relations of UEK in 2016-2019, Head of the Study of Academic Didactics Improvement of UEK in 2015-2021. Thematic editor of the journal “Social inequalities and economic growth”. Manager of research projects on the psychosocial dimension of management, author of publications on employee engagement, professional performance and human subjectivity in organisations.
She has extensive experience in improving academic didactics as an organiser and implementer of activities supporting the development of teaching competences (e.g.: Innovative Lecturer training and approx. 800 hours of completed hospitalizations as part of the SDDA of CUE), as well as a member of the Rector’s Committee for Quality of Education, the Senate Committee for Didactics and chairwoman of several teams in the area of educational quality.
