Beata Barczak (Ph.D./Dr. Hab.) is an Associate Professor at the Cracow University of Economics, Department of Management Process.Her research interests focus on management sciences, project management and organizational networks are a particular area of her interest. He was the head of a research project concerning the assessment of the effectiveness of business networks. She is the author and co-author of over 120 scientific articles in the field of project management, management of organizational networks, innovation management, and modern management concepts. The most important publications are Measurement of centrality in organizational networks (2014), Problem of searching for borders of organizational networks (2015), Concept of assessment of network structures effectiveness (2016), Coordination of the project portfolio (2017), Organizational network models(2020). She is a member of many international organizations, including the EBES (Eurasia Business and Economics Society), which is a scholarly association for scholars involved in the practice and study of economics, finance, and business worldwide. She participated in many research projects (NCN) and implementation projects, especially in the field of analysis and design of organizational structures (including business networks), management systems, analysis of organizational structures and processes in municipalities.
