Małgorzata Marchewka (PhD) is an Assistant Professor at Krakow University of Economics (Poland). Before earning a degree in Management, she graduated from Applied Psychology (Jagiellonian University, Poland). Her research interests are related to working on problems regarding cross-cultural communication, international virtual team management, and Virtual Exchange. She is the editor-in-chief of the “e-mentor” journal.
