Economist, assistant professor with over 30 years of work experience. A passionate educator, constantly seeking new challenges and inspiration for development, cooperation with people is an important aspect of professional life. Author of publications, including articles in scientific journals, chapters in monographs, case studies, etc. Interests are particularly related to broadly understood project management and ergonomics.

Courses taught – economic and organizational project management, fundamentals of organization and management, diagnostics of ergonomic systems, basics of project management, project management concepts (postgraduate studies), public procurement, cluster management.

Practical experience gained: training of manager assistants (trainings funded by the Labor Office), trainings carried out in cooperation with the company Eskadra, participation in teams developing remuneration systems and improving organizational structures, teaching postgraduate courses. Participation in NCN grants.

Research interests: innovative project management, value management in projects, project risk, project complexity, improvement of organizational structures, ergonomic innovations.
