dr Krzysztof Woźniak

Dr. Krzysztof Woźniak graduated in Marketing from the University of Economics in Kraków in 1997. Since 1996, he has been conducting courses on management fundamentals, project management, e-business, and information systems in management. He gained practical experience in trading, manufacturing, and media companies, as well as in public administration, where he managed the implementation of complex integrated IT management systems. For several years, he has participated in evaluating projects within European Programs, collaborating with institutions such as the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Development, PARP, NCBR, and BGK. His research interests include strategic and operational management, information management, and IT-supported management.

Social and Organizational Activities
He serves as editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Journal of Modern Management Process, published by the University of Economics Foundation in Kraków, and was a member of the selection committee for the “Małopolski Inkubator Pomysłowości 2012”.

Collaboration with Business
He has been involved in the implementation of an IT-based sales support system for the ESPEFA labor cooperative and provided IT support and consulting services for Radio Kraków S.A. He implemented an ERP system at Tobacco Trading International Poland and provided IT-legal consulting for the Stary Theatre in Kraków. At the District Labor Office in Katowice, he was responsible for implementing and conducting periodic audits of the Information Security Management System according to ISO 27001. He has also conducted training on the ISO 9000 quality management standards and the ISO 27001 information security system. He developed a business plan and strategic analysis for Inter Trade Sp. z o.o., participated in consulting projects for the Krakow Quality Institute, and collaborated with the Krakow Technology Park, including as a technology expert in the “Foresight Laboratories,” leading Foresight workshops and preparing the final report. As an expert, he also worked with PARP in evaluating applications for the Innovative Economy Operational Program. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of state-owned companies from 2011 to 2012.
