Małgorzata Zakrzewska is a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Management Processes at the University of Economics in Krakow. She graduated with a degree in economic analytics and business innovation. Her research interests focus on project and project portfolio management and sustainable development issues. She is a member of IPMA Poland and holds IPMA-D® and GPM-b™ project management certifications. She is the author of scientific publications on, among other things, project manager competencies, agile methodologies, and sustainable project management. She has participated in scientific projects, including the “Regional Excellence Initiative” program. She is involved in student project activities by supervising the Project Management Scientific Club at the Department of Management Processes at the Cracow University of Economics and cooperation with IPMA Young Crew.
