A graduate of Computer Science and Econometrics at the University of Economics in Katowice, specializing in project management. She also completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics at the Silesian University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Business Psychology at the Krakow School of Business.
Her academic interests focus on project management, process management, and systems analysis. She conducts classes on topics including systems analysis in management, project and process management, as well as the basics of organization and management. She is actively developing her academic career in the area of business process optimization and project management efficiency.
She has gained professional experience in companies such as Dyson, Kruk SA, and Air Liquide, where she held analytical and project roles, leading initiatives to improve operational processes. She is certified in the IPMA D standard, with practical knowledge of BPMN, SAP, MS Visio, and methodologies for change and project management.
