  • Author and co-author of over 160 publications on issues related to tourism management, knowledge management in organizations, innovation orientation of enterprises, and the activities of entities in the knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS) sector.
  • Author of publications in prestigious international journals, including Journal of Global Information Management, International Journal of Innovation Management, European Journal of Innovation Management, and Journal of Leisure Research.
  • Member of research teams in two NCN grants:
    1. Analysis of the cooperation between business tourism companies and providers of selected high-specialized business services (WSUB) in Kraków and the prospects for developing this cooperation.
    2. Assessment of the innovation orientation of high-specialized business service providers co-creating events (KIBSE).
  • Head of the UEK Foundation Research Team studying the meetings industry in Kraków from 2009 to the present.
  • Member of the Kraków Tourism Experts Team, analyzing the impact of tourism on Kraków’s economy, from 2016 to the present.
  • Head of the Kraków Tourism Experts Team, examining the impact of the meetings industry on Kraków’s economy, from 2016 to the present.
  • Leader of numerous other research projects.
  • Speaker at scientific conferences, including many international conferences.
