Author and co-author of over 160 publications on issues related to tourism management, knowledge management in organizations, innovation orientation of enterprises, and the activities of entities in the knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS) sector.
Author of publications in prestigious international journals, including Journal of Global Information Management, International Journal of Innovation Management, European Journal of Innovation Management, and Journal of Leisure Research.

Analysis of the cooperation between business tourism companies and providers of selected high-specialized business services (WSUB) in Kraków and the prospects for developing this cooperation.
Assessment of the innovation orientation of high-specialized business service providers co-creating events (KIBSE).
Head of the UEK Foundation Research Team studying the meetings industry in Kraków from 2009 to the present.
