Doctor of economics in the field of management, Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Capital Management at the Krakow University of Economics (KUE). Author of numerous scientific studies devoted to human resources management and participant of research projects aimed at measuring the effectiveness of human capital. His interests focus on the measurement of human capital, its reporting, IT systems supporting the implementation of the personnel function and the relationship between human resources management and the economic efficiency of the organization. Speaker at numerous scientific conferences devoted to various aspects of human resources management. Lecturer at postgraduate studies conducted by the Department of Human Capital Management and the Krakow School of Business.
