Mission of the Department: 

The mission of the Department is to contribute to the creation and dissemination of knowledge about the multidimensional phenomenon of human capital within the framework of the person – organization – environment relationship, through scientific research, education, and collaboration with the socio-economic environment.

The Department of Human Capital Management fulfills its mission by conducting scientific research in the broadly defined field of human resource management in organizations operating in various industries in domestic and international markets.

The educational offer of the Department includes undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies as well as postgraduate programs. Department staff actively participate in the academic life both domestically and internationally, as evidenced by their participation in scientific conferences, involvement in academic association activities, networks, and research projects.
