Dr Małgorzata Machaczka, Assistant Professor

A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow. Professionally associated with the University since 2000, where she began her career as an assistant and currently holds the position of assistant professor. She focuses on organizational culture and its impact on the development, functioning, and success of organizations. Research on organizational culture in relation to development and change is a particular area of her scientific interests, which she included in her doctoral dissertation “Organizational Culture in the Development of Polish Enterprises.” She conducts classes in the form of lectures and exercises on subjects such as: analysis and diagnosis of organizational culture, organizational culture, change management, organization management, management development, and leadership styles. She realizes her interests through teaching activities in full-time, part-time, and postgraduate studies, publishing scientific articles, and conducting seminars. Certified level I tutor. As the supervisor of the Human Resource Management Direction, she organizes informational meetings for students, introducing them to the intricacies of studying and functioning within the University. She engages students in various activities aimed at their academic development and integration.
