Dr Małgorzata Wesołowska, Assistant Professor

Economist. Employed in the Department since 2017, initially as a research and teaching assistant, and currently as an assistant professor. Her main research interests focus on the development of human capital within organizations and the impact of international migration on enhancing employee competencies. In her doctoral dissertation, she addressed the topic of human capital development in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations in the face of current market challenges. She has several years of experience in doctoral organizations, having served as the Chair of the Doctoral Students’ Council at Krakow University of Economics and the Chair of the Audit Committee of the National Representation of Doctoral Students. Currently, she serves as the internship supervisor for full-time students in the “Human Resource Management” program.
