Alicja Dudek, MA

Research and teaching assistant  in the Human Capital Management Department at the Kraków University of Economics, and a member of the Polish Economic Society (PTE). Participant in the WISE tutoring program during both undergraduate and graduate studies.
 
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (UEK) and Japanese Philology (UJ), and a Master’s degree in International Relations (UEK). During her Master’s studies, she participated in the Short-term Exchange Program (STEP) at Hiroshima University of Economics. After graduation, she worked at Rockwell Automation and Revolut. In 2023, she completed the XXIV School of Tutors conducted by Collegium Wratislaviense.
 
She is the author of articles on intercultural competencies and diversity and inclusion management. Currently, she is a participant in the Doctoral Program at UEK, working on her doctoral dissertation in the area of diversity management and inclusion. Since 2020, she has been teaching courses including Human Resource Management, Career Management, Human Resource Management, and International Human Resource Management.
