Research and teaching assistant in the Department since 2023. He teaches the following subjects: general organization and management, information technology in management, human resources and payroll information systems and human resource management. His main research interests focus on employee development and competence management.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cracow University of Economics.
Winner of the 2019 Santander Universidades competition for the best UEK students.
A participant in the UEK Doctoral School in Management, he is working on his dissertation on the impact of metacompetence human capital management in micro-enterprises.
Employed since 2017, currently as a Manager. Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Fire Department unit. Held an internship at the Insurance Claims Accommodation Bureau in London, as well as internships at Bank Zachodni WBK and City Hall in Czchow.
