She graduated Management studies (specialization in HR Management) at the University of Economics in Wrocław (bachelor studies) and HRM at Krakow University of Economics (masters degree).
Main scientific and teaching interests concern work and organizational psychology as well as social psychology, with particular emphasis on organizational behavior, employee-organization fit, interpersonal communication and career management.
