Alicja Miś is a profesor at the University of Economics and a member of the team at the Department of Human Capital Management. She has numerous publications in the form of articles, chapters and books. She researches issues of staff development from an objective (organizational) and subjective (career) perspective.
Moreover, she develops the issues of talents and organizational behavior. She is a participant and member of professional associations (University Forum for Human Resource Development, International Society for Social Development) as well as a member of scientific and review boards of Polish journals (EEiM, Argumenta Oeconomica).
She is long-term member of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
