A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow (UEK), she obtained her habilitation degree in economic sciences specializing in management science in 2018. Her research interests encompass human capital management, particularly within the context of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) internationalization. She is also deeply engaged in the areas of international and sustainable human resources management, work in culturally diverse environments, knowledge creation and transfer within multinational corporations, and diversity management.
Her activities in this field include: publishing several dozen research papers, monographs, and chapters in scientific works; participation in several research projects, including serving as a principal researcher on three occasions; presentation of findings at international and national scientific conferences. Additionally, she serves as the thematic editor of the Entrepreneurial Business and Economics Review (EBER) journal and a member of the Senate Committee for CUE Publishing Houses.
Her dedication to scholarship extends to reviewing articles for international scientific journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, including EBER, Human Resource Development International, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Journal of East European Management Studies. Beyond her academic pursuits, she conducts courses in both Polish and English on topics such as international and intercultural HRM, research methods in HRM, and diversity management
