Dr habil. Urban Pauli, Associate Professor

Associate Professor dr habil. in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences, employee of the Department of Human Capital Management.

In the years 2021-2024, he served as Deputy Director for Student Affairs in the Institute of Management.

He conducts classes at first-cycle, second-cycle, postgraduate and MBA studies, in the area of: personnel consulting, competence models in HRM, employee motivation, organizational structures, employee training.

Author and co-author of several dozen scientific articles, author and co-author of book publications. Associate Editor in the Central European Management Journal, Member of the Editorial Board of the Human Resources Management journal.

His research interests concern talent management and human capital management in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Director of postgraduate studies in Team Management – Managerial Studies, School of Business Trainers and School of Coaches in Business organised by the Krakow Business School.

He has been carrying out training and consulting projects for companies, public administration entities and non-profit organizations for over 20 years.
