Doctor of social sciences in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences. Assistant professor at the Department of Human Capital Management at the Cracow University of Economics. A graduate of master’s studies in International Relations at UEK, as well as postgraduate studies in Journalism at UPJP2. She gained additional professional experience working in a global educational network in London and in an international corporation in the automotive industry.
For over 15 years, her scientific interests have been focused on the labor market, diversity management and employer branding. She conducted research in the field of: staff flow, remuneration trends, expatriation process, employer branding, and diversity.
Author and co-author of many scientific publications in the field of human resources management. Participant and author of papers at international and national conferences.
She conducts classes in the following subjects: Human capital management, International human resources management, Talent management, Human resources management, Intercultural human resources management.
