On April 17, 2025, Dr. Piotr Sedlak participated as an expert in a session organized by the Polish Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, dedicated to the implementation of the European Parliament Directive on Pay Transparency and Equal Pay for Women and Men.
The aim of the Directive is to introduce greater transparency in remuneration systems, making them more understandable for employees, and ultimately contributing to the reduction of the gender pay gap.
