Academic and Teaching Interests:
Strategic aspects of organizational management and their relationship with normative dimensions; contemporary models and methods of management; the significance and modeling of organizational development; strategic management; the role of leadership and leadership styles in business management processes.

Professional Background:
University Professor at the Department of International Management, Institute of Management, College of Management and Quality Sciences at the Cracow University of Economics. He began his academic and teaching career in 1998. Throughout his professional journey, he has cooperated with several universities in Poland, delivered training at Regional Development Centers, and participated in both domestic and international seminars and academic programs organized by research institutions and businesses. He has maintained ongoing cooperation with the business sector.
