dr Piotr Sedlak

PhD in Economics with a specialization in Management.

Graduate of postgraduate programs: Research Project Management (Cracow University of Economics), Social and Marketing Research (WSE Kraków), and Practical Social Psychology (SWPS University, Warsaw). Also completed the Transforming HR with Data Science program at the University of Cambridge.

For 16 years, he has been associated with Sedlak & Sedlak, where he works as a Project Manager and Managing Partner. He primarily focuses on HR analytics, employee opinion and satisfaction surveys, and designing changes in approaches to people management.

Simultaneously, for the past 15 years, he has been an academic researcher at the Department of International Management at the Cracow University of Economics, where he conducts research on work organization and motivation issues.

He lectures in numerous MBA and postgraduate programs across Poland.

Author of numerous scientific publications.

Certified Project Manager (IPMA, IPMA R&D, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Change Management).

Member of the Polish Society of Market and Opinion Researchers and World at Work.

His broad knowledge of various management concepts and methodologies (e.g., Lean Management, project and supply chain management) allows him to take a systemic perspective on organizations and their challenges.
