A faculty member at Krakow University of Economics since 1991. Since 2001, employed as an assistant professor. Author of publications in Polish and English, focusing on methods of strategy formulation and implementation, intangible resources, and non-profit organizations. Participant in academic conferences and research projects in the field of strategic management.

Research interests
Within the broad domain of strategic thinking and management, I focus in particular on the role of intangible resources in the process of designing and implementing strategy. Intangible assets in today’s knowledge-based economy present a challenge for both scholars and management practitioners. This challenge concerns the search for methods to measure these resources, as well as principles for investing in and managing them.

Over time, and especially in the last decade or two, an increasing share of national income reflects the value of ideas rather than of tangible things or labor.
