Lecturer, certified tutor, and trainer with international experience (including Vienna University of Economics, Roosevelt University in Chicago, Shanghai Accounting and Finance University, Universidad de Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid). Member of the Council of the Institute of Management at the College of Management and Quality Sciences and the Equal Treatment Committee at the Krakow University of Economics. Associate of De Baak Institute from the Netherlands – an international training organization in leadership, personal development, and entrepreneurship, and the Economic Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Professor at Cracow University of Economics (Department of Commerce and Market Institutions, Institute of Management, College of Management and Quality Sciences). Alumnae of the IESE Business School IFDP 2000 (International Faculty Development Program) and CEEMAN IMTA 2002 (International Management Teaching Academy). Researcher, specialist, and expert in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and organizational communication. Author of books and publications on management’s social, environmental, and ethical aspects. She adopts a communication perspective in her research. An active promoter of ESG, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, and promoter of diversity in management practices. An admirer of the fine arts. She tries to combine her scientific activity with supporting the development of culture in Poland. As a consultant to the Museum of Krakow – a unit of the Historical Museum. She speaks multiple languages: English, Spanish, and French. She loves traveling, hiking, swimming, and playing squash.

Subjects taught: Negotiations, Consumer in the European Market (Polish); Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (English); Ecology and Green Transformation (KSB postgraduate studies).
