She works as a university teaching professor. Her research interests are focused on issues related to: marketing of services (especially issues related to shaping their quality) and social marketing and corporate social responsibility.
He is the author of numerous scientific publications and co-author of books on service marketing and social marketing.
In order to develop her teaching competences, she has completed numerous courses carried out as part of the University’s Didactic HUB 1.0 and 2.0 projects, including a 60-hour course on games and gamification and the possibilities of their application in didactics, as well as a 120-hour course on designing and teaching academic online courses.
She is the Chair of Marketing’s disability representative.
