Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing
Graduate of Marketing and Market Communication and Tourism and Recreation at the Cracow University of Economics. In his professional life, he explores theory inspired by business practice, analysing the secrets of consumer behaviour on the purchase path. She uses the knowledge she has acquired in teaching as well as in research activities, resulting in scientific publications and participation in conferences. She specialises in issues related to e-commerce and building buyer loyalty in an omnichannel environment. She believes that digital transformation is an inherent part of social life, and that modern marketing communications must flexibly adapt to the ongoing changes in order to meet the expectations and needs of the audience. As such, she strives to continually improve her competences in this area by tracking and analysing trends and putting her observations into practice.
