Assistant at the Chair of Marketing at the Cracow University of Economics, member of the Polish Scientific Society of Marketing, programme director of the Digital Marketing course at the Cracow Business School. She is the supervisor of the KolMark Scientific Circle.
She is a graduate of Marketing and Market Communication at the Cracow University of Economics and Management: Psychology in Management at the Jagiellonian University. She gained her professional experience, among others, in an IT company, where she had practical contact with projects concerning digital technologies in business.
Research interests: use of new technologies in marketing communications, psychology of consumer behaviour, corporate social responsibility, sustainability.
Research achievements: she has presented her research at many scientific conferences, both nationally and internationally. She is also the author of dozens of scientific publications on the application of new technologies in various areas of the marketing-mix, customer purchase path and equalisation of opportunities.
Teaching activity: teaches undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate courses in subjects such as international marketing, social marketing, digital marketing, service marketing, psychology of consumer behaviour or customer relationship management. She strives to continuously deepen her competences in order to present up-to-date and interesting content in an engaging way. She is currently the supervisor of the KolMark Marketing Study Circle and is keen to help students start research activities and support their development of practical skills.
Extra-professional interests: enjoys travelling, discovering new and interesting places, and is interested in culture and the arts.
