Graduate of the Krakow University of Economics in the field of management and marketing. He started working at the Krakow University of Economics as an assistant in 2008. In 2014, he obtained a doctoral degree in economic sciences with a specialisation in management science for his dissertation entitled: „Instruments of communicative support for organisational learning”. He is currently working as an assistant professor.
Research interests: communication methods, knowledge management and organisational learning, leadership and power in organisations, motivation factors, measuring corporate innovation, self-organisation in the process of new product development, knowledge-based economy, reconfigurable manufacturing systems, creative industries, knowledge replication, intellectual capital.
Classes taught: organisational behaviour, leadership and self-organisation in management, communication in organisations, knowledge-based management, knowledge management, knowledge economy, production and service management, intellectual capital management, intercultural management and communication, communication techniques.
Other: work within the Institute’s Educational Quality Team.
