The Department of Labour Resource Management was established at the Faculty of Management of the Cracow University of Economics on October 1, 1995, previously functioning as the Department of Labour Economics.
It specializes in the field of human resource management and the concepts, methods, and tools used within this management framework. Individual staff members develop their interests in areas such as:
