Department of Labour Resource Management 

The Department of Labour Resource Management was established at the Faculty of Management of the former Cracow University of Economics on October 1, 1995. Previously, it operated under the name of the Department of Labour Economics. Since October 1, 2018, the department has been part of the Institute of Management, together with eleven other departments, within the College of Management Science and Quality.

The Department of Labour Resource Management specializes in the field of sustainable human resource management and the various concepts, methods, and instruments utilized within this management framework.

Staff members of the Department are developing their research interests in the following areas:

The Department of Labour Resource Management aims to improve sustainable human resource management practices, supporting companies and public institutions in building strong employee teams and creating an organizational culture conducive to high work efficiency.

Two scientific circles are associated with the Department of Labour Resource Management: Koło Naukowe Personalni UEK oraz Koło Naukowe Rozwoju Osobistego (Scientific Circle for Personal Development).
