Scientific Work at the Department of Labor Resource Management involves collaboration with international institutions. Today, a meeting took place between Professor Małgorzata Tyrańska and PhD Dian Ekowati, along with Ms. Dea Salma Safira, guests from Airlangga University, located in Surabaya, the second-largest city in Indonesia.
During the meeting, the existing cooperation was summarized, and further joint activities were discussed, including the following areas:
- Preparation of academic publications in the field of human resource management.
- Development of an offer for Intensive International Educational Programs under the NAWA – SPINAKER program.
- Partnership in the preparation of an Erasmus+ – Capacity Building application focused on sustainable university management and academic-level teaching.
