The Department of Labour Resource Management was established at the Faculty of Management of the former Cracow University of Economics on October 1, 1995. Previously, it operated under the name of the Department of Labour Economics. Since October 1, 2018, the department has been part of the Institute of Management, together with eleven other departments, within the College of Management Science and Quality.
The Department of Labour Resource Management specializes in the field of sustainable human resource management and the various concepts, methods, and instruments utilized within this management framework.
