Below is a precise academic translation into English:

On 28–30 September 2025, employees of the Department of Labor Resource Management at the Cracow University of Economics participated in the 13th Assembly of HRM Departments – People, Technology, Ecology. Inclusive HRM, held in Zakopane.

The aim of the 13th Assembly of HRM Departments “People – Technology – Ecology. Inclusive HRM” was to create a platform for knowledge exchange, integration of the academic community, and presentation of the latest research findings in the field of human resource management. The conference provided an opportunity to discuss current challenges related to interdisciplinary approaches to HRM, and the main theme— the triad of people, technology, and ecology—emphasized the need for a sustainable approach that incorporates care for people, technological innovation and development, as well as environmental impact. Inclusiveness in human resource management brings together these three key contemporary challenges—people, technology, and ecology—in a coherent manner, creating a space in which diversity is seen as a driving force for change and innovation.

The Department of Labor Resource Management at the Cracow University of Economics was represented at the conference by:

  • Dr Sylwia Wiśniewska

  • Dr Urszula Bukowska

  • Dr Robert Szydło

  • Ireneusz Rynduch, MSc

  • Karol Małecki, MSc
