Assistant Professor at the Department of Labor Resource Management. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, holding a PhD in social sciences, specializing in labor law. Her doctoral dissertation was recognized by the Discipline Council of Legal Sciences at Jagiellonian University and in the 23rd edition of the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs competition for the best master’s and doctoral theses in the field of labor and social policy. She received the COOPERANTE Polish Labor Law and Social Security Science Network Award in the Doctorate Open Mind category.
She was a scholarship holder at Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Austria). She is also a graduate of the Austrian Law School at Jagiellonian University and the University of Vienna. During her doctoral studies, she conducted research at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg and Ruhr-Universität in Bochum.
An expert in labor law, she has been practicing as a attorney-at-law since 2014. In her professional work, she deals with matters related to broadly understood human resource management, supporting employers and HR departments, and providing advice to trade unions.
Her academic specialization includes human resource management and employee participation. She has published numerous academic articles and participated in numerous conferences, including international ones. She has also conducted training sessions, including for the District Chamber of Attorney-at-law in Krakow and the Jagiellonian University’s Academic Incubator of Entrepreneurship.
She is a member of the COOPERANTE Polish Labor Law and Social Security Science Network.
