Graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow, specializing in Human Resource Management. He obtained his PhD in Economics, in the field of Management Sciences, in 2010 from the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Krakow. His doctoral dissertation, titled “Personnel Controlling as a Tool for Human Resource Management in a Company,” was written under the supervision of Professor Adam Szałkowski. He has been an academic teacher since 2003. Since 2004, he has been employed at the Department of Labor Resource Management at the University of Economics in Krakow. He has been continuously collaborating with business practice since 1996. He is a member of Supervisory Boards and Management Boards, including entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He served as Secretary of the Faculty Committee for the Development of Academic and Teaching Staff and the University Committee from 2008 to 2012, a Member of the University Electoral College since 2012, and a Member of the Institute’s Quality of Education Team since 2012.
Has experience in human resource management, company management, corporate governance, and management control. He also has extensive experience in conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops for bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate studies in the field of Human Resource Management and its areas and tools. He is a supervisor and reviewer of bachelor’s and master’s theses. He is the author or co-author of publications on HRM, the labor market, and personnel controlling. His hobbies include aviation and hunting.
