Since 2022, has been working as a Professor at the University of Economics in Krakow. In 2022, obtained habilitation with a thesis titled “Designing Innovation Strategies.” In 2016, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. hab. A. Stabryła, defended doctoral dissertation on “Methodology of Designing Organizational Strategies for Enterprises,” which received recognition from the Rector of the University of Economics in Krakow upon the recommendation of the reviewers. Also completed postgraduate studies in Scientific Research and Development Management.

A recipient of the Minister of Education and Science Scholarship for Outstanding Young Scientists. Participated as an expert and coordinator in several national projects in the areas of strategic management, innovation, and management system improvement. Contributed to the development of long-term programs for State Treasury Companies, management system improvement, and organizational structure enhancement. The Vice Chairman of the Małopolska Regional Group of the International Project Management Association.

Has been involved in over 20 research projects, including the Lider project (National Centre for Research and Development), TechMatStrateg (task manager at the National Centre for Research and Development), H2020 (H2020-EU.3.2.4.3 – Supporting market development for bio-based products and processes), Regional Excellence Initiatives (research area manager at the Ministry of Education and Science), and the National Science Centre.

The author of nearly 100 scientific publications, including journals such as Environmental Impact Assessment Review, Business Strategy and the Environment, Sustainable Development, Journal of Organizational Change Management, International Journal of Manpower, and publications by Taylor and Francis. The academic specialization includes strategic management, innovation, sustainable development, and leadership.

Currently participating in the Strategic Program of Scientific Research and Development – Techmatstrateg, funded by the National Centre for Research and Development, as well as the TANGO program, funded by the National Science Centre and the National Centre for Research and Development, he is responsible for developing innovation implementation strategies. Additionally, involved in the OPUS 23 program, funded by the National Science Centre, on “Consumer Actions as a Factor Intensifying Circular Economy Development.”
