The Circle of Personal Development, abbreviated as CPD, has been operating since 2011 at the Department of Labour Resource Management at the University of Economics in Krakow .

What do the members of the Circle say about themselves?
We are a group of people who value collective action. We strive to develop ourselves and acquire new skills, experiences, and knowledge. We are open to new individuals and activities in which we engage together, finding joy in them. By doing so, we improve ourselves and others while taking responsibility for our own and group decisions and actions. Our focus is on social usefulness. We create an open space where knowledge can be gained and skills can be developed. We engage in scientific projects (CPD Research), educational initiatives (Development League, Language Training, CPD Trainers), and business ventures (Case Club), all of which have a significant impact on the social sphere.

Human resources in theory and practice – that’s how we can summarize our activities. We explore the secrets of HR by discussing them and collaborating with companies. We strive not only to develop ourselves but also to facilitate the development of others. We acquire knowledge and, most importantly, we share it!
