Department of Strategic Analysis

At the Department of Strategic Analysis we conduct scientific research and provide teaching in the following areas:
The process of strategic management in companies and non-for profit organizations,
The strategy of organizational development,
Global entrepreneurial activity
Strategic aspects of knowledge management in companies,
Strategic competences of firms and their functional strategies,
The methodology of strategy formulation and implementation in organizations,
Intangible assets in strategic management of the organization,
Internal audit methodology of international corporations.

Teaching classes are conducted by experienced staff based on the results of scientific research and using modern teaching methods.

We conduct scientific research both in the country and abroad, and disseminate the results of research in the reputable publishers.

Through international conferences, academic exchanges and study visits, we participate in scientific and didactic projects and utilize good practices from foreign universities.
