Research Interests

The main goal in my work is the broad development of the academic community. I pursue this through active involvement in the strategic development of the university, enhancing the quality of education, and participating in international research projects and publications.

My main research topics include:

  • Strategic university development, including future scenarios, foresight, audits, restructuring, and networks;
  • Development of academic staff competencies, including academic, teaching, and project careers;
  • Academic community development, focusing on university values and employee relations;
  • Quality management in education, including process and procedure improvement, evaluation of learning outcomes, and collaboration with the socio-economic environment.

During diploma seminars (primarily at the master’s and doctoral levels), I engage students in scientific work where they address research problems in the fields of management and quality sciences, while also responding to employer needs.
