Assistant Professor at the Department of Commerce and Market Institutions, holding a Ph.D. in Social Sciences in the field of Management and Quality. She is a graduate of doctoral and master’s studies at the Faculty of Management at the Częstochowa University of Technology, Institute of Marketing. Dr. Kurzak Mabrouk has participated in nearly 90 conferences, both international and national, and is the author of at least 70 scientific publications on topics such as marketing, management, and economics, with a focus on sustainable development concepts and innovation in business activities. She has gained teaching experience at the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Management at the Częstochowa University of Technology, the Department of Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Humanities and Sciences in Częstochowa, as well as at the Department of Marketing at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, where she served as secretary. From 2019 to 2022, while working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Humanities and Sciences in Częstochowa, she was the Dean’s Proxy for economic courses, co-creating two master’s degree programs and supervising student internships. Additionally, she was a member of the team that received a grant from the National Science Center in the category of “Excellent Science – Support for Scientific Conferences.” Apart from her academic work, she is involved in supporting international and intercultural business activities.

Dr. Kurzak Mabrouk specializes in economics and sustainable development, with a particular focus on innovation and creativity in business communication. Her research concentrates on integrating aspects of sustainable development into organizational business activities, strategic planning, creating model solutions for effective implementation of analyzed ideas, as well as analyzing consumer behavior in response to the implementation of pro-social and pro-environmental innovations of enterprises.
