Dr Karolina Orzeł

Karolina Orzeł is an associate professor at the Krakow University of Economics, College of Management and Quality Sciences, Management Institute, in the Department of Trade and Market Institution. Ms. Orzeł conducted research on FMCG franchise chains in Poland and their competitiveness (the subject area of the PhD thesis). In the area of didactics, Ms. Orzeł deals with logistics, in particular supply logistics and warehouse management. Her field of expertise covers transaction cost theory, procurement and supply chain risk management. This synergy between practice and theory helps her garner an array of experiences fundamental for expanding the knowledge provided to students. Ms. Orzeł is also the academic coordinator for ERASMUS outgoing students. In her spare time she likes bullet journaling and a good book.
