Sukcesy, projekty i sprawy kół naukowych – Copy

  1. In December, the project “Professionalization of activities of student youth organizations” implemented by the Personal Development Association Seed in collaboration with the Management Institute of the Cracow University of Economics (UEK) is being finalized within the Youth Fund program of the National Freedom Institute. The project’s value amounts to nearly 150,000 PLN. As part of the project, equipment for the Student Project Laboratory was purchased, accessible to the UEK Scientific Circles, and 7 training and integration trips were organized. So far, the project has supported the development of approximately 400 individuals and 30 different student organizations. Dr. Robert Szydło leads the project, and the project’s authors also include students: Anna Majewska, M.Sc. (ZZL), and Tatiana Pshydatak, B.A. (MSG). Both are members of the Personal Development Scientific Circle operating within the Department of Human Resource Management at UEK.

  2. From November 24th to 26th, 2023, an integration-training trip for ZZL students took place. The trip was organized by Dr. Robert Szydło, and the workshops were also conducted by students from the Personal Development Scientific Circle.

  3. From December 8th to 10th, 2023, an integration-training trip for UEK student organization members took place, attended by representatives from 4 scientific circles of the College of Management and Quality at UEK. Dr. Robert Szydło was the organizer of the trip.

  4. Dr Robert Szydło and UEK students: Anna Majewska, M.Sc., Maciej Ostrowski (ZZL), Tatiana Pshydatak, B.A. (MSG), Izabela Szpyra (Law), Oliwia Pyta (Economics), as part of their activities with the Personal Development Association SEED, secured an educational grant within the Youth Fund program of the National Freedom Institute for the years 2024-2025. The grant amount exceeds 215,000 PLN. These funds will be allocated for the continued operation of the Student Project Laboratory, the organization of 7 trips for the Personal Development Scientific Circle, and the arrangement of 4 trips within the Young HR network, a pioneering teaching method on which researchers at the Department of Human Resource Management have been working for the past 2 years.
